For class we were went on a field trip to the sprinter station where we would then get on the sprinter and ride it all the way until ocean side. We were told that we had to interview at least 3 people that were on the train on the way back or on the way there. Me and my partner Micheal Interviewed a man that Did not allow us to video or audio record them but we did take notes about some of the things that they said.
The First person we interviewed was an older man, we asked him how often he rides on the sprinter and if its his main transportation. He said that he usually rides it every few days too go meet up with his friends and to go get coffee, and that it is his only way of transportation but he does not like to use it because of the people that ride it. He started to get very angry with the questions me and my partner Andrew were asking so we stopped, but he continued to get mad just because of our presence so he began to get up and walk off of the train when we hit the next stop.
The second person we interviewed was a middle aged man who was kind of crazy, he didn't give his name but he gave us a big lecture about what the point of life is and how we need to fulfill our dream of what we want to do. He would only talk by rhyming all of his words together to form some sort of rap song. his shirt had all sorts of writing on it asking to trade for drugs and he had 2 hats with tinfoil on, normally i would not approach this man on the street or the sprinter but i'm glad we did because of the inspirational talk he gave us.
